2. Today we each came up with a question that had multiple answers, then we polled the class, then reviewed our data and decided how to best graph it, then we graphed the data, then we calculated the mean, median, mode and range! 3. To finish off, we continued our coordinate pictures. You guys are doing great with these!

Today we looked at graphing cooridinates on a 4 quadrant x and y axis using postive and negative corridinates. See me for the sheets! :)
1. We finished our graphing package from yesterday and then peer marked them!
2. Then we used our vertical whiteboards to graph some data! 1. Today was PAY DAY in our financial books!
2. We worked on reading graphs today by working through some problems that involved using data from all different types of graphs. Interim reports handed out. 1. Would you rather...credit card question and discussion today!
2. Students had a chance to check in with me about their current grade and anything they were missing. 3. Some students worked on finishing up their Excel assignments and others started gathering different interesting stats from the internet - which we shared on the board! Pictures of these to come. 1) Would you rather recieve the profit from the concession stand or the parking lot at a pro sports game?
2) We finished our excel assignments and handed them in on the I Drive! 3) If you had unfinished work, there was time to complete it 4) Any leftover time was game time! 1. Would you rather - table question! Round or Rectangle?
2. We did Excel spreadsheets work today! Learning how to make graphs (this is in relation to our statistics) We will continue this and hopefully finish the assignment tomorrow! 1) Would you rather - gasoline line up question
2) Smarties Statistics! -we counted the Smarties in each of our boxes (total and by colour) -then totalled them up on the board -then found the Mean, Median, Mode and Range for all the colours! :) 1. I handed back your awesome city of angles projects
